K Maternity Sneek Peaks...

I met this sweet couple last week at their house to take some maternity pics. They're about to have their first baby and you can just feel the joy of their anticipation. I love being around new parents, it's such an exciting time in their lives and I feel honored getting to share in it. In less than a month I'll be back taking the sweet little girl's pictures, I can't wait! Fun fact: I'd never met the mom before the shoot, but we found out we both graduated from KU in 2002 and know a lot of the same people. Small world!

Baby O is on the way...

One of my really good friends, Allison, is about to have her second baby. It's going to be a little boy and he'll be here any day now! I hope to be able to capture his arrival like I did his big sister's. We went out a few weeks ago and took a some pics of Al's cute belly. Isn't she the cutest little pregnant girl you've ever seen??! I love this girl, we've been friends since junior high and we have a lot of memories together, it's always fun to get to spend time doing what you love (in my case, taking pictures : ) ) with people you love!
